- A list of what you can do before we arrive, so the job runs quickly and smoothly
Helpful to mention
- Interior, exterior, or both - and roughly which rooms or walls.
- Any repairs: holes, cracks, popcorn ceilings, wallpaper, damaged trim.
- Roughly when the house was built, if it might be before 1978.
- Whether you are working to a date, such as a sale or a move.
What happens after you send this
Dave gets back to you to set up a time to come out and look at the job in person. The estimate is free. He will walk through what you want done, look at the condition of the surfaces, and point out anything that needs repairing before it is painted.
No prices are given over the phone, because the amount of repair, prep and protection a job needs decides the price - and none of that can be seen from a description. Photos help, but they are not required.
